Zene a könyvben – Music in the Book #13
Ezen a héten egyik kedvenc írónőm, Amy Harmon egyik csodálatos könyvéből hoztam nektek egy részletet. Ez a könyve bizony New York Times Bestseller lett, és ez egyetlen könyve, amely idáig nem került fel a blogomra. Ezt a hiányosságot sürgősen pótolnom kell, így a jövő hét folyamán el is fogom hozni nektek ezt a gyönyörű történetet. Az idézetben található dal nagy kedvencem Bob Dylantől, de mivel az Adele feldolgozást is imádom (még az esküvői videónk alá is beraktam), így azt is meghallgathatjátok. 🙂

This week I chose a truly beautiful book from one of my favorite authors, Amy Harmon. This book of hers became a New York Times Bestseller and this is the only book from her that is not on my blog yet. I really-really need to make up for this deficiency, so next week I will bring my review about this stunning story. Linda Kage – The Girl’s Got Secrets (Forbidden Men #7) – Release Blitz + ARC Review
A hetedik Forbidden Men kötet határozottan könnyedebbre sikerült, mint a korábbiak. Nem fogok hazudni, az alapsztori kicsit olyan volt, mint azok a gagyi „RTL Klub vasárnap délután” romcom-ok. 😀 Viszont imádtam a szereplőket, humoros volt, Asher Hart elrabolta a szívemet, és félig megtanultam spanyolul, így végül is jól szórakoztam rajta. 🙂

The seventh part of the Forbidden Men series was definitely so much lighter than the previous parts. Az írónő ismét jó érzékkel nyúlt hozzá egy olyan nem mindennapi témához, amely mentális betegséggel foglalkozik. Ezúttal a főszereplő lány hipochondriás, amely kifejezetten megdöbbentő volt számomra. Összességében különleges történetet kaptam, amely ugyan picit szívszorító volt, de sokszor tudott mosolyt csalni az arcomra és igazán elgondolkoztatott.

The author once again dealt with an unusual topic of a mental illness in a professional way. This time, the main character is a hypochondriac, which illness was a little shocking for me. Overall it was a really special story which althought sometimes wrenched my heart, it put a smile on my face many times and it truly made me think. Continue reading A. Oké Cindy Miles, nyugodtan felejtsd el, amit a Stupid Boy-nál mondtam. Simán lehetünk öribarik. 🙂 Annyira jó volt ez a könyv! Humoros és aranyos volt, imádtam a szereplőket velük nevettem és velük együtt fájt a szívem. Leginkább talán Rachel VanDyken: Ruin-jához tudnám hasonlítani, és legalább annyira odáig voltam érte, mint anno azért a könyvért.

Okay Cindy Miles, you can totally forget what I said about the Stupid Boy, because we totally can be friends again. 🙂 This book was so good! It was humorous and sweet, I loved the characters, I laughed with them and my heart ached for them. Probably mostly I mostly probably could compare this book to Ruin by Rachel Van Dyken, and it also could grab my heart just like that book. Ginger Scott – Wild Reckless (Harper Boys #1)
Az „olvasni valamit Ginger Scott”-tól, már régóta a könyves bakancslistámon volt, és mikor megláttam a Goodreads Choice Awards legjobb ifjúsági kategóriájában ezt a könyvet, akkor már tudtam is, hogy mi lesz az a „valami”. Az már biztos, hogy nem ez lesz az utolsó könyvem az írónőtől, mert ez valóban az egyik legjobb Young Adult könyv volt, amit eddig olvastam (legalábbis a „gimis szerelem” kategóriában).

The “read something from Ginger Scott” was on my “Book Bucket List” for a long time. When I saw this book on Goodreads Choice Awards in the “Best Young Adult Category”, suddenly I knew what will be that “something”. 🙂 It is certain that this won’t be my last book from the author, and it was maybe one of the best YA book I’ve ever read (at least in “high school romance” category).
