Imádtam! Miért? Miért? Miért halogattam idáig ezt a könyvet, mikor tudhattam volna, hogy Julie Johnson nem okozhat csalódást? Igazi imádnivaló „second-chance” történet, az írónőtől megszokott fordulatokkal fűszerezve.A megszokott humor és lebilincselő írásmód mellett, nagyon sok komoly pillanatot is tartogatott a mű, és ez volt az első Julie Johnson kötet, amely könnyet tudott csalni a szemembe.

I loved it! Why-why-why did I wait with this book so long while I should have known that Julie Johnson couldn’t disappoint me? It was a truly lovable “second-chance” story spiced with the typical Julie Johnson kind of twists and turns. Besides the usual humorous and engaging writing style, this book contained so many beautiful moments and beautiful metaphors, and this was the first Julie Johnson book which could bring tears in to my eyes. Egyszerűen nem tudok betelni ezzel az írónővel. Minden egyes könyve egyedülálló és semmihez sem hasonlítható. Valami elképesztően magával ragadóan ír és ez a történet is a szívem legmélyéig hatolt. Imádtam minden sorát és nagyon-nagyon különleges volt, akár csak a The Law of Moses, csak egy kicsit másképpen.

I just can’t get enough of Amy Harmon! Every single book of her is unique and nothing to compare. Her writing style is so stunning and this story also hits me straight in the center of my chest. Annyi gyönyörű gondolat és szerethető pillanat volt benne, hogy ez a Mia Sheridan kötet is egyenes úton landolt a kedvencek polcán. Nincs mese, egyszerűen én is szerelembe estem a „Sárkány és a Boszorkány történetével”. 🙂

5 stars? 6 stars? 100 stars? I would give Mia Sheridan all the stars from the sky. I loved it! This book was unbelievingly captivating and twisting. There were so beautiful thoughts and so lovable moments in this book that it’s no question that this Mia Sheridan book also belongs to my “favorite shelf”.
