Bár talán kicsit megcsúsztam ezzel a poszttal, de a vb alkalmából összegyűjtöttem néhány könyvet, amelynek úszó a főszereplője, vagy kapcsolódik valamelyik vizes sporthoz. (Egyébként meglepően kevés jó könyvet találtam a műfajban (vízilabdát vagy szinkronúszást érintőt egyet sem és műugrást is csak egyet)). Remélem találtok közöttük néhányat, amely felkelti majd a figyelmeteket. 🙂

Imádtam ezt a könyvet! Annyira jó volt egy picit ismét visszalátogatni az éttermek világába, és az előző kötetben annyira megszerettem a szereplőket, hogy még most is úgy éreztem, hogy nem volt elég belőlük. 🙂 Az írónő stílusa ez alkalommal is levett a lábamról, és nagyon élveztem a szócsatákat, a vicces jelenteket és a a szereplők közötti lassan épülő romantikát.

I loved this book so much! It was so good to visit again the word of restaurants and I love these characters so much that I feel like I can’t get enough of them. 🙂 The writing style was outstanding and I truly enjoyed the bickering between the characters, the humorous scenes and I also loved the slow-building of Molly and Ezra’s relationship. És őszintén mondhatom, hogy az írónő ez alkalommal sem okozott csalódást, és ismét valami igazán különlegeset és fontosat tett le az asztalra. R.S. Grey – The Foxe & the Hound – ARC Review

Úgy gondolom, hogy a Rom Com műfajba sok minden belefér, mert ahogy a hasonló műfajú filmek esetén, a könyvekre is igaz, hogy még egy picit gyengébb alaptörténet is kimagaslóvá tud válni, ha jó humorral és jó karakterekkel van körítve. Ez a történet sem fogja megváltani a világot, de most pontosan egy ilyen kis könnyed, aranyos könyvre volt szükségem, ami munka után kikapcsol, az írónő pedig ismét megcsillogtatta kiemelkedő humorát, és tényleg vigyorogva olvastam végig ezt a könyvet. 🙂

I think lots of things can fit into the Rom Com genre, because as it’s true for movies in this genre, it’s true for books too, that a little weaker story still could be outstanding with good sense of humor and with great characters. Maybe this story was not something revolutionary but it was really funny and it was exactly the type of book I needed now, that could relax me after a long workday. R.S.
